Fallingwater was designed in 1936 by the great American architect frank for the family of Pittsburg departament store owner E.J . Kaufman and it is considered by some as the most famous private house that has ever been built.
Fallingwater symbolises man living in harmony with nature. The house is constructed of local sandsone ,reinforced concrete, steel and glass. It stands out over a waterfall . There are also a lot of trees, rhododendrons and plants around the house.The interior of Fallingwater is true to Frank L vision of an ideal house : big rooms and plenty of large windows which allow the sun to come in.
