różnica między past perfect a past pefrect continu

czy ktoś byłby w stanie mi wytłumaczyć z przykładami różnicę pomiedzy czasem past perfect a czasem past perfect continuous?? pilne!! z góry dziękuje.

Tom: 'You are soaking wet.'
Ann: 'I have been walking the dog.'

Tom: 'You were soaking wet.'
Ann: 'I had been walking the dog.'

Yesterday Tom told Ann that she was soaking wet and she said she had been walking the dog.

Ann: 'Lucky you - you're going there this summer.'

Tom said he hadn't been to Australia before and Ann told him he was lucky because he was going there this summer.
