Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about a pair of trousers that I bought in your Internet shop on 1st February, 2010. I am dissatisfied because I had to wait for a long time for my package and when I wrote an e-mail to your company that you did not even responded to him.
First of all, the trousers which I had ordered were black but I received green one. Moreover, the trousers had to be the size of S and you sent me the size of L. In addiction, I had to wait one month for the delivery, in my opinion it is too long.
I look forward to full refund of money or I demand a replacement of trousers for conformity with my order.
