If you want play well it becomes regular practise.If you want play handball you mast have got special ball and appropriate shoes.In handball team is 7 players therein goalkeeper.Equipment isn't expensive.All you need is ball,shose,T-shirt and shorts.
If you obey code game is safety.I can put on pad or welf on knees,ell etc.At gametime you can't iay walk attack other player.You can look on when you jump,to safely stumped on parquet.
You can play handball in every age.If you start rather you can be the best, but if you started later no is badly.Arise is a lot of club wher you can start learn this sport.
