One of the best book I’ve ever read is „The White Masai”, by Corinne Hofmann. It was written in 2005 and it is based on a true story. This book has been translated into 13 languages because of very fascinating plot and life of the main character.

The story is set in Kenya, where Corinne, a successful Swiss businesswoman, and her fiancé spent their holiday. Having fallen for the beautiful Masai warrior- Lketinga, Corinne decides to follow her heart. She sells her belongings back home, returns to Kenya and embarks on the adventure of her life. She chums with her man and starts a new, different life. Living so far away from home, with foreign people isn’t easy. Especially with her lack of awareness of local culture. After few months being there, she gets married and gives a birth to girl, Napirai. But since this moment everything changes. Her husband doesn’t accept Corinne’s european habits and behavior. In case of that she has to moves to Switzerland and severs ties with her husband.
I enjoyed the story because it is moving and thought-provoking. This book shows the authentic reality of Masai culture and life in Africa, with many diseases and famine. Furthermore, I couldn’t put it down and I had to watch film adapted on this book.
I would recommend this book as it is truely interesting. I enjoyed reading ‘’The White Masai’’, because it is a brutally honest, vivid, adventure story, infused with romance and humanity.
znowu zapominamy o 'the' i 'a'...

One of the best bookS (albo..the best book) I've ever read is "The White Masai", by Corinne Hofmann.
This book has been translated into 13 languages because of A very fascinating
plot and THE life of the main character.
She 'chums' (co to za slowo?) with her man and starts a new, different life.
(polacz to z poprzednim zdaniem).,,Especially with her lack of awareness of THE local culture. After A few months being there, she gets married and gives 'a' (po co to 'a' tutaj?) birth to A girl, Napirai. But 'since' AFTER this moment everything changes. Her husband doesn't accept Corinne's European habits and 'behavior' (behaviour-BrE).
'In case of that' (zle pojecie...lepiej Because of that) she has to 'moves' MOVE to Switzerland and severs ALL ties with her husband.
Furthermore, I couldn't put it down and I had to watch A film 'adapted' (nie, lepiej...adaptation of this book) on this book.
