But just in case , here’s a dumbed down version for you ‘for free’ .
This notice is to inform all potential bidders of holding the sole source procurement proceedings
( or..’of the upcoming sole source procurement) for ( item….).
The procurement procedure will be conducted in accordance with Public Procurement Act, Article 66, i.e. “the estimated value of the procurement of an item shall not exceed the threshold(s) stipulated in the regulations issued pursuant to Article 111, section 8 of the aforesaid Act.”
The purchase order will be processed / carried out in pursuance of the provisions contained in the form of (procurement) contract enclosed herein (see attachment no 1 to this notice ).
The said provisions will be the subject of bid negotiations between the (sole) bidder and the procurer.
The bid opening will be held on………. at the procurer’s office.
