This has nothing to do with semantics. It’s pure grammar. I’ll parse it ‘formally’ here just in case.
Apart from the fact that it sounds jarring in the first place:
‘No’ here is already a determiner ( a central one like ‘the’ or ‘a’). They’re mutually exclusive, you cannot put them together. They’re in ‘choice relation’, one instead of another but not one following another.
You want to keep a word ‘notion’ there in this phrase? Fine, but ‘the slightest’ must go. Or change it to ‘I don’t have the slightest ....’ ( terri)
