Present Perfect - It is the first, second, th..., last time?

Jak wiadomo Present Perfect można w niektórych sytuacjach (for, since, first time) sytuacjach tłumaczyć na czas teraźniejszy, ale czy można go użyć z "It's the last time"? Zdanie "This is the second time we've met" będzie prawidłowe, a zdanie "It's the last time I've explained this to you" Czy ono będzie w porządku? czy może "It's the last time I explaine this to you"?

I am explaining this to you

I am explaining this to you tak samo jak I am telling this to you - jest w Indian English. Jak ktos uwaza ze to jest o.k. to jest o.k.
