Atm machine have just eaten my card :-(((((( I hate Fridays!!!!!!!!!!! NOw i have to wait till Wednesday to go to the bank to get my magic card wit my money in it :-(((((((((
Sorry , but I haven't seen these ads at all.I hardly ever watch tv nowadays because my work is sufficiently stupid to fill my need of absurd:))))
Yes, don't I KNOW IT now? And I will ,in future...How is your work, Kasiul? And what's happeninig to your nice cousin in England?
Well, nothing new at work apart from that we have a lot to do... We just got some religious group and mess is terrible - they are trying to save us, poor souls... I saw today one of those guys running in the corridor, handling in outstretched hand a Bible... I have no idea who was he chasing as lift doors closed... Well, i saw many strange things on those corridors.... Even naked Maori... Yep, group arrivals... I have no idea what's happening with my cousin -probably she is still looking for a job cause she's not too fast with replying to emails... So right now i have no info... :-( But i hope she will answer soon... Maybe i will ask one of those bible guys to pray for this answer? :-) :-) :-)
If this semi-private, non-specific babble doesn't appeal to you why are you reading it?And nobody is asking you to write here any more:)
Nice description:)))but a client is a client, isn't he/she? You know it's very probable that I will go to Ireland.
What sensible advice! Being a plummer is indeed a very lucrative occupation in GB. However, I would not advise anyone to go there without formal qualifications, papers. If you do not have those you will be able to work only as an assistant, unable to legally service clients, especially in the new hompe/development area. You can get your Polish qualifications/experience certified through a british govt agency (somewhere in Piaseczno) which deals with vocational certificates. Might you save you a lot of bother later on. Best of luck
Hello, do you remember me?:) IT's me again, writing on this semi-private and extremely long and boring forum:)Some people do have a knack of expressing things right:))))Where are you going to work, br?
Whenewer it be, I wish you luck and less talkactiveness!
Watch out for Paddy :-) Yes, i think that right now with all those people who went to England Ireland is much better idea... Even better than NZ - because of kms of course :-)
What does Paddy mean?Yes, the distance is the main asset. You can go home for longer holiday and you don't feel so alienated....I've heard somewhere about Paddies...
Oh, come on br, it's quite common, Paddy means simply an Irishman!
Ok, tell me Kasiul , what's wrong with Paddies:))))Thanks, Normal, you can be nice if you want it:)
Normal gave an answer to this riddle :-) Anyway all the time when i hear "Paddy" i have the image of The Kelly Family before my eyes... One of them was called Paddy... Because he was born in Ireland they wanted to honour that. Besides the whole group didn't have a clothes taste and were rather horrible... But my german teacher was their biggest fan so we had to survive 3 years under the Kelly Family Sign :-)
POOR Kasiulek!!!!I remember this"Kelly Familly" madness pretty well! I used to hate them and all these t-shirts with their faces and names on!If all the Irish are like that...but it's too horible to be true, isn't it?
Yep, one Kelly Family doesn't make a summer :-) :-) :-) Don't worry just be careful :-) Anyway, do you have any date of leaving Poland or is it still in first steps such as looking for a suitable suitcase? :-) From my own experience - it's not so easy to pack when going abroad... We were sitting on my backpack just to close it... And i had 2 kgs over the limit... It's good that they didn't charge for extra kgs - up to 5... If i knew i would put few things more :-) It was funny enough as i had my hubbies guitar and it was in 2 pieces so on every airport i had to show it's not broken... Curiosity killed the cat.... I was mad after all for all guitars of the world...
Kasiul, I've got the feeling that you know me too well...or maybe I'm such a simple, average personality that it's easy to read between my lines:)))As far, I decided to save money and look for an opportunity for next year-maybe in the summer, maybe in the autumn...I have to save at least 1000 euro to go without too much stress and distress. And two things are now sure for me:I won't work for my current boss anymore and I won't go overseas. The rest is the silence....nice, isn't it?I've always liked the silence the most....
Btw I've lost 50 zl today, almost immediatelly after I'd earned it...isn't it rather sad ?I'm such a pathetic saver...
Here you go, br, with all the sniffing- round and round...the bend.
ok, I'll earn loads of money in no time:))))
Hehe i'm always telling myself i am not pathetic saver - my wages are pathetic that's why money are running away from me :-) Anyway Br, try not to spend money in such a short time :-)
My gosh, i am so tired............................ I am just waiting for my holidays - almost 2 months from now ....................... I'm afraid i will die in the meantime........... Not only have we very busy time right now but our neighbours started having parties........
And the occasion for these parties is...? Their holidays? thanks for the advice, I'll do my best not to spend money in such a stupid way any more!
Probably the weather - iot's really warm right now so great time for party goers and party doers :-) I am not against parties but against ringing my intercom at 6 am and asking me to come down and open the door cause they don't have a key (someone with a key was sleeping in the apartment) and even after refusal ringing it again 20 min later... And especially when i have to get up to work... So - i'm zombie...
Stop spending money Br!!!!!!!! :-) :-) :-) St

op eating, drinking and so on - save money!!!!!!!!!! :-) :-) ;-)
Right you are- my goal is 1500 euro after a year of work.I won't eat chocolate, I won't buy books- maybe not so many- and I'll succeed. And I'll look gorgeous! Btw have you read a post about emigrating to the UK( in Polish) somewhere here? Very interesting and realistic but in my humble opinion this guy boasts too much...
This post is in the catalogue entitled"Praca w Anglii".
Br, what do you do? I always thought that you are a teacher. I know few teachers (in Tarnów), who give tuitions and earn 400 euro a month by giving private lessons. You should try that (and after 4 months you will gather 1500 euro and can go abroad :) )
So that gives her 100 euro for chocoletes :-) Not too bad, NOwaczek :-) She shoud take your advice :-) Listen to me Br am very clever person and i can recognize other clever people like NOwaczek :-) There is still hope :-)
Everyone should take his/her life in his/her own hands . Because of that I very often complain about anything in our "wonderful" country. It is sad that the people who complain the most are those who do least of all. Unfortunate, there are a lot of people like those one in Poland :( Kasiul, I have another example for you about provate lessons... I know a Irishman who gives conversation lessons for businessmen and all kind of people like thoseone (with a lot $ :). He earns about 4500 PLN (about 1000 Euro) on private lessons (nobody knows no taxes :P ). He is a lucky one! I can`t believe that the most foreigners thing that Poland is a very poor counry where everybody is a farmer. I can remember as I was in Dublin that I made fun of some Germans by telling them that I have at home some chickens and all kind staff like that :P It was fun they thought all over the time that I am a farmer and have to look after my cows all the day, get up at 3 o'clock because of that. It was really fun ...
you've got a point there. but has it ever crossed your mind that people see poland exactly the way it is shown in the media. poland has terrible pr! it's always had! and polish politicians don't seem to be doing a lot to change it! maybe it's time we changed them?
