Nice idea...how many of them?
Nice idea...how many of them?
I will try to get in touch with you through gg as soon as possible...how was the meeting?Have you drunk some blood :)?
Never mind, it\'s even funny.Everybody makes some mistakes, spelling isn\'t the worst of them:)
I spat out my blood :-) The truth is that well hmmmmm got enough of alcohol and my stomach said: hold on!!!!!! Ouch.... If not that i would be very happy person without any problems, but no, my stomach has life of its own right now...
My stomach is not better- but it hates burned fat and everything with this fat inside.By the way what is the difference between Polish time and yours? Because I\'ve started to think that our gg session might be impossible...
Btw are you, br, still ready to emigrate?I\'ve got the feeling that you\'re much less inclined...;)
Dear Normal, as I\'ve mentioned it few times I\'m sitting on the fence.It\'s neither comfortable nor very original but it must do for some time or so.
well 10 hrs, eg in Poland 8 am - in NZ 6 pm (the same day). Anyway you can always leave a message :-P Up 2 U :-)
My stomach is quiet at last... I still cannot believe my own stupidity - in most of the cases of my drinking i end up with a headache or upset stomach but still from time to time i drink... And then i am complaining - and the only person who should i blame is me :-) Eh... Life... The only good thing is i do it occassionally :-) There was this time in our lives we could have party once a week... Fortunatelly we grew up :-) And got bored :-)
Normal - decision to immigrate somewhere isn\'t the easy one - so what br is doing is what i call \"sniffing\"... Why immigrate if you are not certain? So she is asking... AN people can discuss the problem...
Cheerios
Cool down , it could be worse...at least you\'re in New Zealand and your life is satisfying.
The truth is that we always ask for troubles themselves.Look at br.She\'s got a job, perhaps a family, a car , a dog or cat(a dog I suppose) and what is she doing? Sniffing around and preparing herself to turn everything upside down.Is it wise?I don\'t know because I don\'t know her, but troubles will occur....
Well , Normal , have you drunk?WE ask for troubles ourselves , if you don\'t mind. Are sure, btw, that I ASK FOR TROUBLES too? Maybe I try to walk away from them?
But if you do not risk then you do not try if you do not try you do not achieve and so on and so on. I think if someone thinks about turning everything upside down there is a good reason for it... But it is br\'s choice... MAybe after all she will not emigrate and maybe she will... We will see.
Have you got my gg message?I hope you have...but if not ,please write it here, I will try once again:)
No msg on gg :-((((((((
I\'v ejust received a postcard from my friebnt who had gone to England as an au-pair. She writes that everyhing is ok though children are behaving quite naughty sometimes. In September she began her English Course at local school. Moreover she says that there\'s the most magnificent coast she has ever seen:)
True, the views can be breathtaking... a friend of mine nearly wept when I took her to Lizard Point in Cornwall.
:o)
I want to go there too!!!Kasiul, I will try again today, I hope you'll get it this time!
Kasiul,I've sent gg message 18.47 Polish time.If you don't get it it will be really sad and I will take more drastic steps:)Fuki, it's nice your au-pair friend is all right.I hope her children will be more docile after a week or two...
Nothing on my end... Are you sure you put the right nr? Check description.. Either you send msgs to someone else or gg is dead or i don't know. Maybe it will be easier with the email: [email]
Baltic is not so bad itself... Oi, i have a dream just to go to Poland - even for couple of days :-(((( Of course it's not enough time but better than nothing as they say...
Then you should try to fulfil your dreams! Ok, I know you live in NZ, have a family and because of that and the distance you can`t go to Poland. How long is it since you went to Poland for the last time? Don`t you sometimes miss Poland? If I were you I would. For some it can be enigmatic, but in fact it isn`t a riddle. I like this country because of my happy childhood, my friends and because of what I am know. Living in Poland has both advantages and disadvantages. Probably you would agree. Consequently, it is helping me to develop my own views and outlooks. I learned to be modest and honest. As a result, I am know what I am. For some it`s getting worse and worse here but I won`t forget this happy time spend here. Probably, I will go abroad in the future as many went but I will try to come back as soon as possible. I wish my affection fir Poland wouldn`t die down. I am looking forward for the outcome :)
Kasiul, I've sent you an e-mail and I hope you'll get it soon....thanks for your address!:)
Btw- your gg number was put correctly, I don't know what could happen but knowing computers-everything...
I've learned to be modest and honest- nowaczek , it's very rare indeed!I've learned that it's, most of the time ,definitely better in Poland to lie and be big-headed...but of course I might be wrong.
Of course i love Poland. But the point is that this travel would cost us about 10 000 $ - i wouldn't like to go by myself so the cost for me and my hubby is rather ehr.... choking :-) Especially when we want to buy a house and 10 000 is the base for taking a mortgage... So as you can see life is based on making choices. I can either go to Poland right now or invest this money in my own house and go to Poland later... I choose go later...
BTW i remember all happy moments in Poland and so on and so on but i also remember those not so good. I just made a choice... Somehow i couldn't stand the thought that tomorrow i can be with no job... Or to be told i am too old for working...
:-) :-) :-) I like your optimism anyway :-) If there were more people like you in Poland many years ago...
At the beginning sorry for my English. But i have some question to you. How long have you been to N.Z.? Have you ever thought about a removal for instance to England? If you moved to England you would be able to visit Poland a several times a year.Is it possible for a New Zealander to move to England ? You are a citcizens of the Common Wealth.
No, i am not NZ citizen, but i am resident. I will be applying though (not now cause according to law i haven't met specified period to do so - right now it is 3 years and from January it is to be changed to 5 years) I spent enough time here ie almost 3 years to settle down and i don't want to immigrate again. Don't want to put money again in this... One big stress called immigration is enough for me - happily i am over it . And NZ has its good and bad sides - as every country. BTW have a friend who was very stubborn to come back to England after many years of living here (she is Pole). She did so over a year ago... And came back after 6 months saying that she wants to live in the country where she can afford some things... Sad, isn't it? I think that if you invested your time and money to settle abroad you will be rather not eager to do that again...
Cheers
I know that. At the end of 80th i emigrated to Germany and i wanted to go to Cnnada. It was't so easy because i had no profession and no sponsor. After 2 years i came back to Poland still wanted to emigrate. I wrote a lot of letters to many embassies (USA, Australia, New Zealand) without success. In the next 3 years i worked in many restaurants in Germany as a waiter and than (thanks my good knowlidge of German) i found a pretty good job in Poland. But you are wright in Poland you can not be sure how long will you work in the company and if you lost your job it would be able to find a similar not worse paid job especialy in a small town. Excuse me once more for my English
